Happy birthday dear!!
18th January Monday
Planned a sabotage for Alan because 19 and 20th he’ll be occupied and can’t be dirty and smelly…
Weilun sent a message to everyone and the message is roughly like that:
Weilun here, please come to cabana to write on the birthday card for alan. Any suggestion of sabotage are welcomed.
Please be at macdonalds at 11pm. Thanks. This message not only reach all staff, but Alan as well. So all the young ones were searching through their inbox, wondering if anyone sent it to him by mistake. But no!!
So we made a guess, perhaps weilun sent the message to all staff, and maybe one of them left their phone at the counter, Alan saw and sent it to his own phone….
To my disbelief, it was one of the staff who PURPOSELY sent that message to him.
I saw his phone: THAT MESSAGE. Followed by: I’m your spy.. hahahaha.
STUPID JINGWEI. Ok, I am not being petty about this. Was really angry for that few hours! Think about it, you are planning on a birthday surprise for your boyfriend, and you need all staffs’ involvement, and you even prepared a birthday card for all of them to write. All these meant to make him smile (although there’s throwing of eggs and all that but he should have expected)
Do you get what I mean? Argh… sometimes I feel that young people don’t think before they act. Damn it.
I was really worried about my plans because all staffs were late, and many couldn’t turn up. and the first egg that landed on alan’s head didn’t make him chase anyone, yet walked away blacked-face.OH NO. Went to the sink with him while he was washing and persuaded him that he should play along because when he sabo others, others didn’t show black face. (after that found out the reason he blacked-face wasn’t cos he WAN BU QI but because of something else. ..heng ar.**** )
so after the smashing and all that, we cleaned up and went for pork kidney mee suah at kembangan. Nice mee suah! But jacq say she found a metal hook in her soup before. SIAN….
So I probably wont go there anytime soon again.
19th january Tuesday
Thought you took tues and wed off so I follow suite. But after that you told me you taking only Wednesday…
Sian*** its ok! I will use that as preparation. Thought I can use the whole evening to doll myself up (put fake eyelashes and curl my hair)
In the end, jacq jio-ed mahjong so ok lor…. went her house for mahjong-ing… side –track a little: recently I am quite suay lar. Always lose… so I don’t have craving for mahjong already… play till damn sian….
We started at about 5 and stopped playing at 10pm. And jacq and I started dolling up… it felt like my 20th birthday.. when I went her house and we change and make up together… ask each other if our mascara is ok, if we look fat in our clothes. Lol…so
memorable.
The two guys were just playing with their iphone waiting for us to be done….
We decided on Topone @ Bugis after some comparison of prices… heard from jacq that the system is pretty ok too.
Initially was really worried because out of the 3 tvs in the room, 2 are down. And I am not gonna accept it so they got someone to fix it.
Clear perspiration. Luckily it was fixed….the cork up was, I brought the cake in when Alan’s smoking… but the cake didn’t come with knife and candles lar…. So hadta run out get from the staff… CAN DIE…. Everyone saw the cake and found it so interesting. it is udon cake. even the chopstick and spoon at the side can be eaten. its all chocolate! so interesting right?! wanted the sushi cake but it was too expensive. visit http://www.yilingconfectionary.com/. It taste good! But it was too big and quite some didn’t like to eat cake so we had like half left. such a waste :(
I had a lot of fun singing cos my all time favourite singing partner is here!!! There wasn’t a lot of people but I could see that alan had fun :) I gave him a mont blanc wallet as birthday present. 
I really like the wallet. I think its pretty unique and stylish. Wooo…… look at the image.. its nice right? really very tired and the alcohol all went off, the small ones still wanted supper. Wenta eat Wan toh sek.
I really wana knock out anytime so rush alan to send me home. i wana thank all friends for coming. even though some came just for a while. special thanks to mel, chris, jacq, weilong and huisan cos we paid majority... haha. i wanted to make sure alan pays for nothing at the ktv because he is always paying for the supper and everything so i thought the young ones will be auto but seems like they are financially disabled. its ok den..... i really wana thank sharon for coming as well because she stays at bukit batok and she dont sing and dont really drink but she still came!!!! i know the fact that she is alan's part time girlfriend lar... but its ok, i let her be! haha... (^.^)
20th January Wednesday
Both of us woke up at 2 plus.. I was really hungry but also lazy to go out to buy food. So we ordered 20 pieces spicy drumlet.. YUMMY… so full we cannot eat early dinner le lor… (Alan said you better not bring me eat 10 course meal. He will vomit straight away..hahaha… I told him he expect too much liao, we are eating at I booked massage at estheva at 6pm. But! We started getting ready at 530.. then still have to help him iron his clothes, and he took longer than me to style his hair lor.. I still hadta go back home to change first cos I already planned what to wear… I really like what I wear that day… but don’t show you guys the full length photo so I can wear it again! Lol…
And so we were late. Reach Ion at 7pm. It was a surprise so he didn’t guess that I would give him a massage treat. Hehe… while waiting for him, I went far east to do medicure.. (clever decision.) he said the massage is pretty good. He lied on a warm bed.. just the lady who massaged him was a bit strong lar.. ask her do it softer she still give same strength…
Next was to our dinner. Oosh at Dempsey Hill.. This was a restaurant that my colleague recommended. So I asked Hazel to accompany me there 2 weeks before to check out the place.
The place looks nice…since colleague say that the food is good, and I saw that the ambience is good, the only thing I have to worry is SERVICE.. service will just make alan black face! I wrote him a birthday card to tell him that he must smile through his birthday… but I forgot to bring the card!!!! So I said it to him verbally… hahaha… so lame right!

I personally find that the mushroom soup, tenderloin, and honey nougat ice cream good. As for the rest, So so only lar… nothing unacceptable actually...
Overall, it’s the first time I ever planned and spent my bf’s birthday with my bf properly. I am proud of myself as I felt that I have done a pretty good job and he is all smiles about it.
