Wow. I had a busy weekend!
Friday night, Alvin’s birthday so we went Miss Clarity at 205 Upper Thomson Road.
We were too chitty chatty in the car so alan took a while to realize that we were on the wrong route. Sorry Alvin! We were late!
But we were not the worse. Haha.
It was a 6 course meal for 9 adults. Ok, some of the food pretty not bad.
I really like the pork, and the warm chocolate cake. The pork is juicy and had very nice texture. It was pork cheek.
I will die if I cannot eat pork because I love pork!
The warm chocolate cake is as good as baker’s inn. Hazel’s ‘better than sex’ cake. Haha….
Even though Hazel said its nicer than Baker’s Inn, and its from France, I personally feel the difference is, this Clarity’s chocolate cake is softer than Baker’s Inn.
The food that I really didn’t fancy was the duck. It was too tough, and it taste a little raw. Even though I was told the duck was cooked for 2 hours.
For fish, they call it fishy taste, so for duck I call it duckish taste. Even for the smoke duck, it was like chewy on veins, hard to break the meat.
Hazel your bf a bit kaypo lei. Quite embarrassing for me when he verified with the Chef and want to prove to me that the duck is cooked.
Of course I know they won’t serve food that is not cooked la. I felt bad that I didn’t finish the duck but I really didn’t like it.
My opinion, my taste bud is more professional in its job now! JAnd I have to apologize cos I flied Jacq’s areoplane! SO SO SORRY! While waiting for her to finish her work, I fell asleep! How bad is san san!

Saturday, Miss Foo jio us out. We booked tickets at 9.20pm for Aliens at the attic. We chose that movie cos Shuann wanted to see her own family members. Lol.
Sharon and her humorous nonsense. We met at Bugis, went for dinner at iluma. This Japanese restaurant that all of us gave our virgin try.
Hmmm, the variety is quite little actually. Overall: only satisfactory. Shop a while at Bugis den watch movie liao. The movie is quite nice. Funny and lame.
The funniest part is the granny and sister’s bf fighting. The granny can display Choon Li’s moves sia! Want a good laugh? Watch this.
After the movie, we decided to go Dynasty KTV. But we had a minor car accident. Alan was making a U turn but a taxi came into us. It was our fault so Alan had to compensate the guy.
Alan said that the uncle should be in time to brake but he didn’t. I guess he did it on purpose so he can claim money?
Shit this uncle lor. It’s ok lar, ‘Puo Chai Dang Zai’. Understand this?
We didn’t want to go KTV anymore so Alan sent Shuann and Sharon home. When we exit to Ang Mo Kio already, Shuann say she wants to go Sambawang to look for Jacq.
KNS lei. So we headed for Sambawang. And Shuann and I decided to hide, and Sharon and Alan pretended it was only 2 of them to find Jacq.
Like they have something on behind my back. hahahaha! And when jacq saw them jacq speak damn loudly lor ‘San Lei?!”
We can hear Jacq talking from the car park! Maybe about 10metres away!
We ordered some drinks, Shuann really wanted to sing so we went to the room.
Actually Shuann’s singing ok de lei. Sharon hor, I think all of us want to punch her face. Always dun want to sing properly. Den make me laugh until stomach pain. I want to snatch her mike away when she sang Yi Yan Shun Jian lor. Pitch and everything cannot make it. And when I sing with Alan the same song, and highlighted to them the difference, she can be so thick skin, and say ‘it’s the same lei! ‘ hahahahaha……
Sunday, met up with Jiayun and Darren. Was so sleepy since Friday night. So I slpt till 2 plus.
Met them at 4 plus 5 I think.. waited for a cab for more than 15mins. Cos there’s an Indian family who cut queue lar.
Lazy to fight with them, I’m not rushing anyway so just sit at the bus stop and wait. Met them at Ion Orchard. Yes! I finally went Ion.
I dun want to appear like a frog in the well so I always wanted to go. And yup, the first 2 levels are pretty glamorous. All the branded retail shops.
I suddenly feel like I want a branded bag… ALAN, DID YOU CATCH MY BIG HINT? Hahaha….
My manager told me about the toilet and so I went, not because I wana pee, but I just want to take a look. Hehe…
Nice, hotel feel. Oh ya, I went Ion in a cab right, there’s like a guy to open my car door and welcomed me… wow… feel so high class lor…
Ion wants to present a high status image. Hmm.. I think they did pretty ok. We went Arab street for dinner.
And Darren has a car le! Mazda 3. alamak. Actually I like the model, its pretty. But who knows, I dun like the person who happens to own one.
Ok lar, I can no longer associate Mazda 3 with bad guys because Darren is nice!. Hahaha…
Ok, Darren says the lamp chop is very nice. But I dun eat lamp. So I ate other stuffs. I think the service staffs dun like us. I think they dun welcome Chinese.
But who cares. Bleh~ honestly, I dun really like Indian smell and food. But the chicken kebab is pretty nice. I didn’t like the rice. Should have gotten potato.
Darren was very adventurous to try dunno wad ‘milk’ and ‘red dates’. When the drink came, we laughed at him. All of us dun like the taste. But Darren say its just too concentrated. When the ice melt, its actually quite nice. Console yourself only right?
Next was movie at 9pm. G Force. I really like it when the guinea pigs have facebook account! Hahaha… how lame.
I prefer aliens at the attic to this though. Cos there is a part that’s quite anti climax.
And thanks for waiting together with me while waiting for my dear dear to fetch me J
