It’s a boring day at work. The F1 is on this weekend. And now, the roads accessing marina and millennia is all closed.
So I hadta walk a long road to work. Yesterday I took a bus and alight at carlton hotel. Cos that’s the last stop, we hadta alight.
So from carlton walk all the way to millennia walk. So tiring lar…… today, it was raining so I decided to take a route that I didn’t have to have to go under the rain.
Took bus to lavender mrt and in the midst of that, the exit door couldn’t close properly and it delayed for a while.
I was so scared that the bus uncle will say, ‘the bus is down. Pls alight’. Den I’m dead man. I have to pay fine if I am later than 9.30 am!
Oh ya, did I mention about this? My company has a new rule now. Anyone who comes in after 9.20 am has to pay fine. 1 min late = 1 dollar fine.
And it started in September. The fine has already accumulated to near $100! And my record is still clear!
Actually I am not very worried about this fine for lateness thing. Because I am normally on time. As in 9am. Cos I have the keys to open our office door.
So I think its very easy to be earlier than 9.20am! if the timing is set at 9am. I think a lot of ppl will be broke! Including the managers! Hehe…
Alan’s going Bangkok next month… and to keep myself thinking and missing him, I am so gonna plan things to do. :)
