i just took out my four wisdom teeth yesterday morning.
i was really excited about it cos i have got 8 days mc! lol.
When i reach the dental centre, i still wasnt very nervous.
the procedure:
they assess if i am healthy, any flu, cough, fever.
told me the risk of the operation again: which is 1% of prolong numbness in my chin, lip/ tongue.
another risk is the upper gum might have a hole and water will flow to my nose and for that i have to go back for another operation to mend it back.
change into the operation robe.
finally when i went in to the operation i starting getting nervous...
a nurse pasted strips on my chest, to monitor my heart beat. then a doctor inserted a needle to my left back of my hand. that hurts man. and they asked me to breath in oxygen from a mask and the other doctor injected the anesthesia to my left hand. that was really painful. i can feel the pain flowing in my hand to my arm. open and close my eyes twice and i was gone. asleep.
i was woken by the nurse to find myself in the ward. very drowsy, i just nod and shake my head to their questions.
the nurse feed me stuff like ribena and it causes me a lot of phelgm. 3 pieces of gauze filled my both side of gum each.
when i reach home, i clear my phlegm, together with a lot of blood... yucks.
well, my face is swollen now, but i still di siao, use my front teeth to eat a bit of satay and nuggets. ice cream and ice kacang are my favourite now...
but other than that, been eating porridge!
